beta on goodbye, farewll and amen

Post by davereid » Sun Aug 28, 2005 3:16 pm

A dumb post! oh well.

Climbed goodbye, farewell and amen and I SUCKED! The whole climb is excellent but at the bulge I kept getting lost, I regularly climb the 5.11s and was stumped.

So I used a great layback hold, grabbed a friction type bulge with the left, lunged for a nice hold on the right then groaned like hell to get over the hump. There has to be an easier way up this thing. What was I missing (other than smarts).

Thanks,

Same here. High foot out right and smear, then pull.

smear right foot out right, back step small hold with left foot reach up to jug with right hand step up and grap jug with left hand...
it's a little wierd but you can almost reach the jugs standing on the ledge...the back step makes all the difference.
