bolt issue on Filth Infatuated

I was climbing "Filth Infatuated" the other day at Chekamus and noticed a potentially dangerous bolt. I am no expert on bolts so figured I would throw this out there. Maybe the 2nd last or 3rd last bolt was a spinner. I tried to finger tighten the nut and noticed the entire bolt spun in the hole. I think this is bad and just wanted others to know.
