Scrubbing happening in Chek area?

I stumbled upon a couple project lines at a possible new area around chek. A friend mentioned the area to me as an abandoned wall from a few years ago, she said the guy who started on it had to go back to Australia as his work permit ran out. I decided to follow her directions and take a look at this wall and was quite surprised to see development, and equally surprised that it wasn't done sooner. I don't want to post too detailed info on where the wall is as that may be unwanted attention, more than this already may be; I'm just curious who's developing? Also wondering if they'd like a hand scrubbing and or are open to others cleaning lines the wall. It looked like there was some good potential for lines there.
