Squamish should make this guy an honorary citizen! After more than 55 years of climbing in Squamish, he's still going strong. Fred made first ascents of many Squamish classics like Squamish Buttress (1959), and Angel’s Crest (1962) not to mention hard ascents all over North America. A real inspiration to the climbing world. Thanks Fred and all the best.
