Pic of the day!
Re: Pic of the day!
Sang- Yes! The 10a corner of Ski Bum Come is a winner and has some very cool roof/chimney type moves.
It's on the left side of the wall
Blister in the sun 5.9 goes left at the roof at a moderate 5.9 and is well bolted.
psi4ce goes for the win! An awesome Skaha trad lead. Bonus points for what route she's on.

Oh, they are both on "Brilliant Pebbles" 5.10c aren't they? Great climb. Classic Skaha, right? A little cruxy for the grade, right?Lurch wrote:psi4ce goes for the win! An awesome Skaha trad lead. Bonus points for what route she's on.
Anyway, OK, I'll play.

Great shot Lurch, You don't see many falling photos.
Here's a nicely scrubbed corner. Second pitch of Skywalker.

Thanks Dave, It's hard to capture a fall, usually they happen so quick. Luke gave me lots of time on this one tho, he was stalled at the crux for quite awhile.
Here is another one from Exasperator the other day..
Nice pic Dave! The Flume, cool pitch.

Hi Lurch,
Thanks for all the great photos, especially of Exasperator - one of my all time faves. I haven't yet climbed Skywalker, although I'm hoping to get to it soon. Your photos help make the workday go by more pleasantly.

Thanks Steve. It's one of my favorites too. The light was good that day and I happy to shoot Fishboy's attempt at an onsite without splitting the pitches. They turned out pretty good.
Here is another, Fishboy stretches it out.
