Climbing Partners Wanted, fm Sat 13Aug onward

Hello All. I'm here with my RV for a few weeks at least (I want to move here) and I need a variety of climbing partners. My experience would have to be called "entry level" since the 25-day Outward Bound course I did in the past involved non-technical top-rope climbing only, so I've been intensively reviewing rock climbing manuals to get up to speed. At least I can do Prusiks, Bachmans, Kleimheists, Alpine Butterflies and so on. I've got a harness, shoes, belay device and a sport-climbing rack coming. Now all I need is a rope.

WHATEVER YOUR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: I will belay for U anytime, for practise and to learn from what you're doing. I'm rusty but I can promise that my brake hand will never leave the rope and I won't drop U.

IF U ARE EXPERIENCED: I will belay for U anytime, of course, but what I'd really like is a chance to learn the ropes. Literally :) In return for any kind of assistance/guiding, I can't pay much but I'll make it worth your while somehow... food, rides, beer, edit your website, paint your garage. :) Plus we'll throw in use of my double sailing kayak and stand-up paddleboard.

IF U ARE INEXPERIENCED: Let's progress together in a fun, safe way. I believe in doing things right. If you're the guy I saw today on Burgers and Fries threading his rope through a hanger, don't call. :)
