A great place to catch up on all the new Squamish gossip as the employees chat away instead of preparing your order.

Squamish Tim horton's

Post by MCpl » Mon Aug 16, 2004 10:40 pm

Is this the worst Tim Horton's in all of Canada?

You know its bad when you have an exprience like I did. I was having to train the employee, who was preparing my food, on how Tim Horton's puts their combos together on a tray. Then, she has difficulty finding a clean spoon after inspecting the only 2 remaining spoons. What does she do with them?? She throws them back into the tray for the next customer. So, I get into training mode again, and tell her that it would be wiser to put them in the dishwasher. Sheeeeze.

The Timmy Hoe's on Frazer Hwy and 88th in Surrey is a killer too. My stomach just churns every time I walk in there. Way, way too slow!

I'd say your first mistake was eating at McDonalds.

Pete's got the right idea with IGA, the panini's there are great. Sunflower Bakery is even better in my book.
And how is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive? --Homer Simpson

I was at the afore mentioned Tim Horton's and I saw 3 supervisors, I received my food promptly, and they got it right. There were actually clean tables.

Goes to show what a little poll can bring attention to.

The employees give without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even ones who are polite and effective when they start out soon learn the fine art of surliness and inefficiency.

Of course, I still hit the drive-thru every morning
