Gary, I recently had to tighten every bolt on From beneath...

Don't need locktight. The other members of "they" aren't cheaping out and are actually using ratchets. The other members of "they" are also fairly strong resulting in the expansion collars on the bolts they use actually engaging when "tightened".

But talking about "From Benethe You..." I kicked off a foot hold while climbing along the bolt line. Belayers beware!

Lock-tight also protects against constant use and vibration which will loosen no matter how hard you tighten.

check out NYLOK TORQ-PATCH LOCK-NUT

We use this stuff at work to prevent nuts from loosening due to vibration.

box end wrench!

A NYLOK TORQ-PATCH self-locking patch can be applied to your own hex nuts, or ready-to-install self-locking hex nuts can be supplied to meet your specifications.
So yeah you would just need to order them.

On a related note, I checked our expansion bolt supplier and discovered that Stainless 3/8th expansion bolts were like $460/50...does anyone currently bolting get a better deal than this? I can see the temptation to go with a standard common steel bolt over stainless when the price difference is so high.

(I have never equipped any routes, however I install bolts at work on a daily basis.)
