It's sad to see Squamish changing so fast. It wasn't that long ago that a working family could easily buy a home in Squamish. With the cost of living what it is, it's hard to believe that if the mill would ever reopen that working families would return to the area.
Welcome to Squamish, the -West Vancouver- of Sea to Sky country.

At least the people who will have to leave the area will be able to get a small fortune for their homes.
WTF?
