Sit back with a cup of joe and enjoy this mini-doc on a big screen if you can it’s that good. Jason and Marc-Andre team up for the first time in inhospitable Patagonia. The film opens with Marc-Andre free soloing the classic Squamish splitter, High Plains Drifter.

Alexander and Josh Lavigne of Alias Cinema are the filmmakers behind this film produced by Arc’teryx. The film reminds me of a classic mountain cinema documentary with modern Sherpas Film style elements. I’m looking forward to watching future films from these guys.

BTW Marc-Andre and Jason will be speaking at the Squamish Mountain Festival in July. I hope to see the film on the big screen and hear them talk about it.
