Stick clip

What's the best way to make a stick clip these days. I have an old golf ball retriever but what should I put on the end?

What meingh meant was a 4" "spring clamp" ($2.49 at Home depot and it does work good)

I caved in and bought one of those plasic dealies from MEC. Works great. Nice and light, but you do need to find your own stick once you get to the crag.

The "grippee" thingy is best attacthed to a painters "extend-o pole" with pipe clamps that you have to tighten with a screw driver.
