witch's tooth - Dione

Does anyone know the grade or route to get on top of the actual witch's tooth between Dionne and Tantalus? Saw some slings hanging off the top of it while walking past on the Tantalus Traverse this summer.

5.9, first ascent early 70s (71? 73?) is all I remember.

The 5.9 grade from that era is something to be wary of because the same thing would probably get called mid 5.10 nowadays.
