Getting a site a cheif campground

Sorry, I'm sure this question has been asked in the past but here goes.

We are heading to Squamish, probably arriving this Sunday.

What is the best strategy for getting a campsite at the cheif? Show up super early in the am? Mid am?

Getting a site on Sunday probably won't be too bad. Friday or Saturday would be hard while the weather is this good. I think sites are supposed to be vacated by 10 or 11 am, but I'd be lurking around in the morning. Anyone leaving that day will probably pack up before heading out climbing.
