i would just cut it off.

if Tommy Caldwell can climb 14's without an index finger, you should be able to climb well enough minus one toe.

Hey Partner:

Go to the doctor (if you haven't already) , have it x-rayed and get a cast on it. The faster you get it looked at the faster you will be back on rock. If you do not have medical--go to a friends doctor with that friend--most doctors are kind hearted people. Finally all breaks must be immobilzed so that they will heal properly. Get it looked at my friend.

Use a ton of gauz, or just go to a doctor. Broke my toe in Halifax during a short excursion, but stuffed my gauzed foot in shoes anyway. It worked ! best thing is keeep off it.
