Bringin back the 80's

The lycra/spandex era ever make it up to Squamish?

Whether it did or not....... I'm bringing it back! Anyone care to join? Together, we can show the climbing community that we care not about fashion whilst climbing and we can still kick a$% and take names no matter how obnoxiously we are dressed!

Either way, keep your eyes open...... You'll see me

haha! walked past neat and cool and saw you rockin' the spandex.

friend of mine commented.. if you're going hit up the spandex you'd better be the most badass climber at the crag, like 5.12 min.. turning up at the crag and sending 5.8+ just aint gonna cut it :D

my question is.. where do you even find a pair of them?

I fully agree; there should be a minimum grade for rocking the tights.
I bought them specifically for super hard cragging, hard multipitch, or moderate soloing. Yesterday was a moderate solo day. The way I see it, is if I'm climbing without a rope what everyone else is climbing with one, the stretchy pants are okay.
I'm not going to rope up with the spandex and go climb Calculus...... but I'll solo it in them. For sure.
