New Warm-up route base of Pet Wall, Murrin Park

Hey Folks: Are you a person for whom Pleasant Pheasant (11a) is a challenge and not a warm-up? Hey I am and for you mere mortals there is a new moderate route to warm -up on at Pet Wall - Murrin Park. Located in the trees at the bottom of the Pet Wall approximately 30m left of Big Guns is Heavy Petting Action 5.10-, 13 bolts, 30 m. It has got favorable reviews so far so fly at it. I would not mind some consensus on the grade. There is a fixed rope on the anchors for a second route (mixed) to go in hopefully over the weekend but move it over if need be.
