Room For Rent

I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Brackendale (subburb just north of downtown Squamish). Room is furnished (twin bed and dresser) or can be unfurnished. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, shared common areas, lots and lots of storage. Non-smoking, no drugs tolerated, must like cats (I have one named Crag). All utiliities inlcuded minus cable (I don't own a TV, too much time spent climbing) and phone (who doesn't have a cell phone these days). I am asking for $650 per month. Long-term tennant is preferred, but short-term is welcome too.
