Conditions?

Post by BQ » Fri Apr 03, 2009 10:12 am

Does anyone know if the road to chek is open or if there is any dry stuff at Murrin? Thanks.

I drove by Conroy Forest Road on Tuesday and it looked like you could get around the pile of snow at the intersection. Is the road trafficable from there? I have no idea.

It rained last night, but looks like there could be good conditions later this afternoon and into the weekend if the wet stuff stays away.

You can park at the bottom of the hill at Check and walk up in the snow. If I were you, I'd stick with Murrin.

Agreed. Snowline in Squamish was really quite low last night, and there will be lots of residual melt happening too. The Conroy Creek road is not driveable, so bring your boots if you do plan on going that way anyway. My vote = Bluffs
