Just got back from the gym and noticed the beginning of the quozymoto complex (how is that spelled anyway?); otherwise known as climbers hunch. What sort of exercies are known to offset this physiotherapist's dream?

Work your apposing muscle groups. Pushups, bench, flys, etc. 8)
