Over time we would build up a photo database of every route in squamish with photos of every pitch.

An encyclopedist.

I've already found this site useful for information on Frankenstein Tradster, Everything Under the Sun, and Upper Echelon. I like almost everything Squamish-climbing-related but photos ideally should have a story to tell other than "Here's what it looked like."

It has been said that some Squamish locals have on their refrigerator a list. Not a list of select, outstanding, or desirable routes, but a list of scruffy, obscure and possibly non-existent routes.

Photos are great but I'd like to see a text section on this site devoted to brief comments on seldom-heard-from climbs. Like, "Nothing will ever rival a direct line and this route doesn't even try." (From the Art Gran Gunks guide)
