Anyone know if the top bolt on FI been fixed/replaced??
(I'd offer to fix it myself if I had even the faintest idea what I was doing....

Inspected the bolt today and found that it was loose and able to spin in the bolt hole, but not loose enough to pull out. The nut must have been stripped because I had a hell of a time trying to get it off. In the end I decided to pry/bash/bend/chip around it to get it off. 45 mins of my life I wish I had back.
The bottom line is that the bolt has been replaced with a brand new one, and I moved the placement higher so the "runout" is 1 1/2 ft less now.

Hey, so I guess this explains why the route is described as "run-out" in Squamish Select, when you have your foot just a bit higher than the bolt, something thats hard to describe as run-out.MCpl wrote:The bottom line is that the bolt has been replaced with a brand new one, and I moved the placement higher so the "runout" is 1 1/2 ft less now.
