For those of you out there that still use polycarbonate water bottles here is an interesting article on why to ditch them... MEC no longer stocks them.

well it's a good thing your Grandma is well informed and that she's lived to such an old age, you must be proud.
For the other people that are not as up to date as your grandma i thought i'd post the link.
