Hello,
I am looking for 2 more people to attend the Trad lead course that I have got a discount for as the 'top official guide' is friends with one of my climbing partners. The cost is only going to be $100- each!!! It's a one day intense day course, as you are expected to be somewhat familiar already with how trad lead climbing works etc.
If anyone is seriously interested, please contact me asap, as we need to book this asap since the one day course is next week. I have provisionally got the 23rd and 24th put aside for this as those are the dates we are going for and the weather is forecast to be sunny, but only if it is heavy rain will it be cancelled (with no loss to our deposits).
The course consists of:
protection placement
Anchorage
Abseil multipitch
and of course assessed leads (plus anything else we'd all want to know, as it is being tailored to our needs).
To bring with you:
a camera to take pictures of what you need to remember (how things are set up); and a note book and pen (so you can reflect on anything after that you may forget later).
