North Van / West Van climbs
Being that I'm a slave to the 9-5 office life, I'm in need of climbing which is close to the city, for some of that after work action.
I'm familular with Light house and Copper cove as climbing sites, as well the senior centre site which is mentioned on here. Does anyone know of any other rock in the area that you can get to with in a half hour drive of Vancovuer? I'm looking for top rope locations, or else sport routes with in the 5.9 - 5.10 range.

N/W Van
If you are willing to explore around a bit you will find, in addition to the mentioned sites...
Deep Cove Quarry Rock
Seymour Demo Forest secret crags
Handsworth Quarry
Mosquito Cliff
Madrone WAll (watch the ferry crash from your route!)
Kl******n Rock (not allowed to officially mention this area or they will close it down)
Cypress Falls has at least one TR route
Caulfield Cove
Dead Bears Dome off Westview exit
Whytecliffe
Sandy Cove (bouldering)
In Light house in addition to the guidebook routes there are at least 100 other boulder problems and 15-20 toprope or solo routes scattered around the park's shoreline
Capilano Canyon
Lynn Canyon
Eagleridge Bluff arete
Loggers Creek/Deeks Creek secret crags
Siwash Rock
that should be enough to get you started. No guidebook to any of those areas so you will have to be willing to explore. Many areas do not have fixed anchors either so if you want to top rope bring a sh*t load of long slings or webbing and some natural pro to rig your own.

Topos and such
If your looking for Topo's to Copper Cove (and a few other crags around North Van) check out www.projectclimb.com ... that site probably has the most amount of info on North Shore crags

You should check out Sully's Hangout in Lynn Valley. You can download the topo online.

I've been there and it's pretty busy.

"Pretty busy" is something that you'll need to get used to if you're going to climb within walking distance of a city of 2 million people which is known for its love of outdoor sports.

I couldn't disagree more. If you think the amount of traffic at Sully's is normal, then I don't think you've been adventurous enough.
