Hi everybody, i wonder if anyone can give me directions to the route "50" at maple canyon. I can't find any beta on it anywhere, but i know a bunch of you guys here have climbed it. Thanks!

It's at Cragenmore Wall I think.
Go to Zen Garden and follow trail that branches off left as you approach Zen.
Hope that helps.
Still lots of loose stuff at Cragenmore.

Just so you know.... its only 12d at the most and a soft one at that. It really shouldn't get any recognition.... espacially if you Onsight it.

I don't really care too much whether its 12d or 13a or whatever, i just heard from a bunch of people already that its a must do route next time I am at maple that's why I ask about it. That Bill whatever guy who put up alot of the routes down there (minumim wall and all that) really overgrades, but i don't care about that, I just wanna do the classics. Onsight if I can.

Since when did you start downgrading stuff you've never been on?
Besides, mcgarnickle wasn't looking for the grade just the location.

Sorry for the confusion. My last couple of posts on here was an inside joke with meingh. We were talking about him and that route the day this thread was started.

It's kinda funny that despite the nicknames everyone knows everyone else and what they climbed. I guess with 8a.nu its hard not to. hehe
