89 Subaru GL 4WD "Snowturd"

It is time to sell my beloved Snowturd. 390 000km and still going! If you need a cheap vehicle for the summer to get you to the various crags, and act as your mobile bivy, this is a good beast. I've been driving this thing all over southern BC for the last 3 years, and it still does the Vancouver-Squamish thing just fine.

Good:
4WD is bomber
Winter tires with 70% tread
Exhaust done last year
New Alternator
Timing belt done 2 years ago
New power steering pump last fall
Oil pump and seals done 2 years ago
If you're under 6 ft, 2 people can sleep in the back in relative comfort
Generally imparts a dirtbaggish image

Baddish:
Not aircared. Squamish registered car.
Windshield cracked
Suspension is soft (needs new struts for any off road with pssngers in back)
Front driver's and pssngr's windows slightly offtrack (result of new speakers)
Usual rust and body scratches from things like racking up on the hood
Generally imparts a dirtbaggish image

So, if you need cheap wheels /accomodation for the summer, give me a shout. Looking for $600, but we can haggle.
