seeking weekdays climbers, especially for sport

I am looking for weekday climbing partners, especially for sport climbing ... 5.11 to high 5.12/ low 5.13. I try to balance projecting harder stuff with getting a reasonable volume of routes done.

I am free most weekdays all year but typically constrained by school hours. I can get out at 9-10am but often need to be back in town by 3:30pm. Ideally I would prefer Squamish-based partners, as it is easier to make good decisions about the conditions. I have been missing out on too many good climbing days with Vancouver based partners believing marginal weather forecasts and not wanting to risk the drive.

Have gear/ rope/ vehicle/ years of experience not dropping people/ etc etc
