New to Ice, looking for partner

I am a summer mountaineer and I want to get into mixed and ice climbing. I can (when in shape) lead up to about 5.9 trad. Most of my climbing has been in the Rockies, but I am now in Vancouver. I am looking for a weekend climbing partner who can teach me ice/mixed climbing and wants to get out fairly regularly. I have harness, axes, crampons, car. I lack experience.

Me: 30 years old, male, quiet, easy going, moderately good shape. I prefer mountaineering to sport climbing.
