Heads up Access Society Trail Day July 15
We are just over two weeks away to one of the most important events of the year for Squamish climbers - the Access Society Trail Day.
This is the chance for climbers to give back to the community and demonstrate we just don't use the resource we are also stewards of the climbing crags.
Hope you can make it out. Last year they had one of the largest turnouts ever with over 30 volunteers. Maybe it was partly due to the promotion given to the event on squamishclimbing.com but more probably due to the great schwag that was given away at the end of the day and the good feeling of climbers working together for the community.
This event happens part way through the Squamish Mountain Festival. And the sponsors are the ones providing the schwag - so hats off to them.
