Climb and Conquer Community Project.

Hi Guys,

My climbing group and I have started a kids climbing project at Vancouver with the goal to provide access of climbing to some kids with disadvantaged backgrounds and hopefully climbing will empower their attitude/circumstances and they'll make better choices down the road. It's once a month on a Fri 6-8pm at Richmond Cliffhanger, where volunteers/superheros/angels will belay the kids to climb as much as they can.

Thanks to the sponsorship of Cliffhanger Richmond, it's only $5 + tax for the kids to climb with gear rental and it's free admission for belayers to belay (climbing requires full rate).

I'm currently recruiting volunteers and I'm hoping to start the program in 1-2 months (which largely depends on volunteers' criminal check which takes forever).
