Aussie Road Trip suggestions: Melbourne to Sydney?

I'm headed to Australia in September for 2.5wks.

Anyone have any beta on 5-star climbing (or culture) stops I should make between Melbourne & Sydney? Also around & N of Sydney?

I may bring my trad rack, and we're probably limited to 10a/b for multi-pitch & 11- for single.

Looks like you named the major destinations.

Will you be bouldering? There are tonnes of world class boulder problems in the Sydney area on vertical to horizontal sandstone.
