I've never climbing it but I'm guessing Rock On. There's a similar photo in McLane's guidebook.

Wow. I haven't been on Rock On since '98(?). It looks like the second pitch!!

Ya it's the variation that goes straight up on the second pitch where it is easier to walk out left on the diagonal crack below her feet.
