New Graffitti in the Bluffs

I was in the Smoke bluffs the other day and noticed a large amount of new graffiti and tags at Neat and Cool, Penny Lane, and Burgers and Fries. If anyone notices an obese local piece of riff raff with spray paint (Aka FAT KID) on his hands, smack him upside the head and hand him a wire brush to clean up his handiwork.

Or just pin them down and spray them in the face.
