Sully's topo

Post by Dee » Sun Aug 16, 2009 4:52 pm

Hi:

When I tried to download the new Sully's topo, I could not obtain readable text, although the drawing were fine. Perhaps this is a font problem? The first topo version was OK, however.

Thanks!!

They used a pretty funky font. Maybe you have to update your Adobe reader.

It is true that the font is "pretty funky" but because the document is a PDF you do not need to worry about installing fonts on your computer. Nor should you really need to update your Acrobat Reader.

However, since the font is very small, you may need to zoom in on the document in order to read it on your computer screen.

It should print out fine.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having trouble reading the topo. I am considering making the font more conventional and less funky.

I had no problem reading the topo. I downloaded it both on windows and linux and both readers recognized the font no problem.
