i was at the chek last sunday and saw two orange taped bolts on Currently Coagulating (Crest). I was wondering if anyone can explain what this means. been just replaced? need to be replaced? cheers,

in general it means for some or other reason (usually the route is still being worked on) you should not climb it.

was at the crest about a week ago and checked out the hanger in question. the fourth hanger and bolt spin freely together (didn't check out the first bolt after noticing that). looks like you could still protect it with a cam in the horizontal above the bolt.
