The Squamish Scene

Post by squamish climber » Fri May 04, 2012 2:31 pm

This is the thread for non-climbing photos of Squamish that capture the vibe of the Squamish climbing.

One thing you'll notice about the Chief campground parking lot is that Squamish is definitely a road trip destination. You'll see plates from all over the States and across Canada.

The owners of this car are living the dream.

The cook shelter in the Chief Campground. People also cook and gather in the parking lot for apres climbing tailgate beers

Anybody want to supply some background info on this. People like it a lot.

Farmer's Market - Rest Day Must Do- This is the place you need to go to get fresh local produce and enjoy a bit of the Squamish vibe.

The market is downtown at the Corner of Cleveland and Victoria - every Saturday
