Pic of the day!
Re: Pic of the day!
Nice pic Dave, It looks like The Kip 5.7 at Island in the Sky. The bolts just left of it are Mossy Tongue 5.8. I've never done either but I'm pretty sure I've climbed Fissureman's Friend. Gang of Foreplay looks like fun too.

Hi Lurch,
Is it the left side of Yosemite Pinnacle? (I've never climbed it, so not sure, but that is what I imagine it would look like...)
Thanks as always for the pix!
Steve

Re: Pic of the day!
You got it Steve!
The second pitch of Yosemite Pinnacle Left Side to be exact. This thing is super fun! p2 goes at about 10b maybe a move of 10c takes awesome gear to 4" and is very sustained. It is somewhat like it's neighbor corner Milk Run, and has bomber chains at the top provided by Bruce Kay to rap from if you don't want to venture into the wide above.
Ryan on the lower crux
Placing in the enduro corner
Grab the wooden jug!
It's dry as a bone, and it's clean so go hit it up! I want to see some people on it for a change.

Hi Lurch:
That looks like the sword, my friend. What happened to your more "obscure" route photos?

+1
Imaging how much funner this could be with booze and explosives
Re: Pic of the day!
Is there even anything obscure left...
guess you would have to finish this 5 or 6 pitch route to recognize this final pitch...dont think it made it into the select guide so may qualify as obscure...but doubtful

Any takers…
This one’s easy:
This one is relatively easy:
This climb is as obvious as the photo of The Sword in the above post:

Whatever it is, it looks just like the first pitch.
