Have a grade VI YATES haul bag that retails for $650, with a full waterproof top, pretty much new will sell for $200.

Petzel Protraxion wallhauling tool; retails for $135. Will sell with a locking oval biener(only one that fits its properly) for $85

Double boots would need to be about a size 9 or 9.5 and i've already got a protrax i never use. Don't really need another haul bag either unless its a smaller one like the Sentinel
