5 pitch old La Sportiva Miura VS size 42

I recently purchased a pair of Miura VS that are unfortunately to small. They are a size 42 and I should have gone with a 42.5.
I have climbed 5 pitches and worn them around the house and I Just can't make them work for my feet.
The condition of these is near brand new with only some light rub marks on the rubber.

Ideally I would love to trade with someone who as a size 42.5 although I would also be willing to sell them out right for $130.
I live in Squamish and am more then happy to show them to anyone who is interested.
