apartment share downtown

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2brm apartment downtown. Rent is $550 per month including utils (incl. wireless internet). The place is 900sf, on the 3rd floor, faces SE (views of the Chief, Squaw, and Bluffs), has wood floors, granite countertops, in-suite laundry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. I'm also a pretty neat/clean person (hence the penchant for route cleaning). I'd also prefer someone who is likewise clean.
