top shelf shining new bolted route
allright internet nerds? did my new route at the tip top shelf today:
The Drang. 5.13- 11 bolts. 25m
It's at the upper shelf about 40m right of '59' and is the project line in Barley's (excellent) guide listed as 'high speculation'. it's the steep flat wall and arete and climbs for the most part on positive edges. a no hands rest splits the line in two sustained halves with the crux at the top. i'm not gonna yap on about how good it is. but all ye who shall set their pipes against this route will say sh*t like
'awesome' and 'sick' and 'crazy good'. get to it you sport climbing weenies. thanks to sundry belayers. stewart
