Loose bolt on Burning Down the Couch - Pet Wall

Hey if anyone out there with a drill and has the time to replace a 12mm size bolt on Burning Down the Couch that would be great, as I don't get up to Murin that often. Its the bolt at the crux and it is hanging about a third out. its pretty sketchy.

I always use 3/8" bolts so I don't have the right size drill bit. I will bring it with me next time im there and replace it with 3/8" bolt but would rather not.
