Spotted these at the viewpoint (very top where you can see the cell tower). Any beta?

UFO docking station attachment points.
Looks like someone put in an anchor, rapped in to take a look, then pulled their hangers after it didn't look worthwhile. Either that or someone stole the hangers off of an obscure route that almost no one is ever going to find or climb.
