Cleanup of Boulder Gully?

I'm wondering if anyone knows who is doing a tidy-up and some new routes in the Boulder Gully area of the Smoke Bluffs, just above the parking lot. I've been contemplating several things in that area for a few years and would like to discuss it with whover has already begun. It's Hevy Duty. I ran into him drilling new bolt holes on the Turbocharger wall when I got my a$% handed to me by Talking Holds in the late Summer, told me he had a vision for a nice shady crag in the Bluffs for those hot hot days in the middle of the Summer.
