12c beside Yellowbeard?

Post by 5.4 Slayer » Sun Jun 27, 2010 7:20 am

I hear that there may be a new 12+ beside Yellowbeard (on the left). Has anyone been on it? Is it any good?

Gord Konkin put that up a couple weeks ago. Good fun.

Cool, that'll give something to play with while my brothers get trashed on Yellowbeard. More good times.

Hey, JSmith, does it have a name yet?

I got on it today, Didn't quite send it but it did feel 12c (ish) to me.

5.4 Slayer,

I heard from some climbers that this climb isn't all that good. What did you think of it?
Did you guys take any pics?

Well, it's not a 5 star route. Still some loose stuff on it. My brother was working Yellowbeard so the 12+ was so damn convenient. I had fun, fell like, a million times before we figured out the crux moves. We had a great day.
No pics.

My partner and I had no trouble at all at the third bolt. It really starts at the sixth through the seventh bolts.
