I think thats what its called. I stopped by the quartz pillar on the way home on Saturday and I scoped the slopers wall en-route and noticed all the hangers had all been pillaged, although the bolts, nuts and washers were still in place.

The bolts were removed to keep people from climbing it for the same reasons you can't climb on the Lower Malemute anymore - the train company shat their pants with rage the first time they saw someone climbing there.
