Re: stairway to heaven
i've done it to where it hits the upper black dyke. those traverse pitches will seem awfully runout to a sport climber as will the first pitches off Bellygood. ALso there was talk of chopping the bolts on the traverse pitches, as there is good natural gear there, but I havn't bene up there in awhile.bradley3297 wrote:does anyone know if this route is done or not. By "It's done" do you mean that the "project" pitches are now complete?
I don't have the new guidebook that describes this route, but would like to try it out at some point.
Is there any kind of fairly concise online decription or topo?
I understand that you start above the campground, climb to the top of the bulletheads somehow, then move leftish to bellygood, and finish up via pitches near, (or on) Black Dike and Millenium Falcon.
Thanks!
