Creepy Crawlers - Forgotten Wall

The biners donated to the anchors of Creepy Crawlers by the developer are now missing. I am assuming that they were stolen as the biners were zap strapped to the chains. Someone who went through the trouble to remove the biners were doing one of two things. Either they were going to replace them or they were going to take them with no intention of substituting a replacement (nice way of saying stealing). If someone's intent is to replace them, then I would think that at least they would have the replacements ready to be thrown on immediately. The fact that they are not there makes this look more like a theft.

It looks like the same was done to Creeping Right.

Don't let a few rotten eggs get to ya. I still think most people are generally good. Hopefully something will show up with a replacement. Criminials always get what's coming to them, you reap what you sow.

I wouldn't bother replacing them with biners, although it is convenient I think we should go to the quick links on the ends of the chains............

Marty, i see where you're coming from, and i agree w/ u! people don't respect what is left for them and other people...
the solution, albeit harsh, is for the person responsible for bolting the climb to not cheap out, and buy proper lowering anchors (fixe biner type/ cold shut type) and be done w/ it!
but then again, i'm not the one spending all the money on the bolts!!
if you need some spare biners, i can donate several to the lowering bank!!
