I've been hearing that Made Fresh daily may be 12d or 13a since it lost a hold...
Is there a new concensus yet?

The only route I know up at the crest that had some key holds break was Le Femme Makita. However, this is not to say that holds have not broken on Made Fresh

One of the two crimps(for the finishing throw) broke off fall of last year.
-even with the 2 crimps I thought it was a stiff grade.

I last did Made Fresh Daily in June of this year, and I don't think it is harder than 12c. It is technical, but much much easier than La Femme. If something broke last fall, it still did not get harder than 12c.
