Climber's right of rutabaga and Millennium Falcon

Hello, having hiked the climbers trail along the base of the grand wall towards bulletheads today I was surprised to see the amount of work undertaken along the terrace up to the start of Millennium Falcon and just right of the "root veg" climbs. The decent trail is currently under some foliage and scrub, but passable. Lines are setup, and there's work being done.

Anyone know about this presumed route initiative?
